Cant add pic to paid app!!!!

I have played on game for 3.5 years. Only complaints is I have paid my dues many times over but 1 step forward 5 back.
I cant put a pic on the paid app what the bleep is that about?!?!
I do enjoy the game most of the time but no way do I believe its set up on algorithms.!!!! Not a chance
